  David was my Personal Trainer for about 5 months, 3 sessions a week. We started off by setting goals and plan for the sessions. Every session was always different and because of that fun and not repetitive. Additionally, every part of the session was thoroughly explained before starting so that I could understand why are we doing specific exercises. Coming in I had few issues with some of my joins and all of that was taken into the account during sessions which were built so that it does not strain the joints or create any discomfort but still provide the solid results.
  
  On top of that David is incredibly knowledgeable and was always keen to answer any questions I had whether it was on muscle anatomy, equipment, nutrition or pretty much anything. The best part is that he is thoughtful, caring and tough all in the right measures.
  
  After 5 months I went through a complete transformation. With the focused training and diet provided by David, we've exceeded the goals that were set. I lost a total of ~15kg of fat, gained a lot of muscle mass and learned a lot of things on how to properly exercise in the future by myself. That this was pretty much a life-changing experience. Saying that I highly recommend David would be a big understatement. 5 stars, A+. Work with him if you want the best body and mind you've ever had. Period.
