  After a couple of years with this firm, Directors and members of our Company have been driven to despair and have sacked BBM. Despite the bravado and endless talk on first meeting, the firm offers very poor support in any and all areas. My advice would be to avoid the aggravation and DO NOT let them manage your properties.

  Terrible company, they 'Managed' my flat in Tunbridge Wells and from when I bought to when I sold my flat it was a nightmare to deal with them. From day to day issues that could easily be sorted or extensive building works they were to say the least hard work and very poor in their approach. Every minute with them was painful. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
