  After a short illness in February, I was feeling quite weak mentally and physically, Chris was extremely supportive and paramount to my recovery in terms of motivation and physical mobility. Chris tailored a programme to improve my core strength so that I could get back on my feet again. After 5 years, I am still surprised at what I am able to achieve. Since my illness I have smashed 2 PBs, a 75kg back squat and a 100kg deadlift. Training is not just for fitness fanatics, it's for anyone, regardless of age, gender, physical capability. Training has always been something to look forward to rather than a chore, something to help me focus, something to help me de-stress. The thought of enlisting a personal trainer can be slightly daunting but i couldn't recommend Chris enough, his professionalism and positive attitude makes the process so easy. Chris is not only an outstanding coach but now a friend for life.
